User Agreement

This agreement is a legal agreement between you (individual or single entity) and about providing you with related services related to this application. 2. The user can use the application and enjoy the service according to this agreement under the premise of complying with the law and these terms, but the user is not authorized to perform the following actions, including but not limited to:

2.6 Conduct any behavior that endangers the security of computer networks, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers / accounts; entering public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, and adding stored information ; Without permission, attempt to detect, scan, test the weakness of the "software" system or network or other acts that undermine network security; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the "software" system or website, and intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses And other acts that disrupt the normal network information services; forge TCP / IP packet names or partial names.

 

  1. Users must understand that the use of this service product involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, there is a risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacking, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, or communication line reasons.

Our developer team will take reasonable measures to protect the user's personal privacy information, except as required by law or government departments authorized by law. Or the user ’s consent, etc., the user ’s personal privacy information shall not be disclosed or disclosed to third parties without the user ’s consent.

Users are reminded that the use of the Internet must comply with relevant national policies and laws, such as criminal law, national security law, confidentiality law, and computer information system security protection regulations, to protect national interests and protect national security. All responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the user.
    1. The user shall not use this application or service to send or disseminate any information that interferes with public security or is illegal, false, harassing, insulting, intimidating, harmful, destructive, provocative, obscene or pornographic.
    2. Users shall not use this application or service to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the national legal system.
    3. This application and service, like most Internet products, are susceptible to various security issues, including but not limited to:

2)    Coax and decipher passwords.

3)    The downloaded and installed other software contains viruses, which threatens the security of information and data on personal computing, and then threatens the use of this application and service.

 

  1. Users are cautioned not to disclose their various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards, and corresponding passwords and other important information in the use of this application and service, otherwise any losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the users themselves.

 

  1. The user shall use this application and service in a standardized and legal manner. If the user has disrupted, harassed, deceived other users, etc. in the public environment, or performed other violations of this agreement, once found, our developer team has the right to stop service.

 

  1. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or controversy occurs, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation.

 

  1. 11. Charge service
  1. 11.1 Some internet service of Kago Live is chargeable. Users need to pay a certain fee when they use such internet services. Please pay attention to such kind of services.

 

  1. 11.1.1 Kago Live is entitled to decide the method and standard of charge, also entitled to the adjustment of the policy anytime;

 

  1. 11.1.2 Kago Live would notice users clearly about the chargeable service and will only enable users to use such services after users agree. If users refuse to pay for such services, has the right not to provide related service to users;

 

  1. 11.1.3 Kago Live is entitled to issue value-added virtual currency (mainly like “coins” or other forms specified by Kago Live). Value-added virtual currency is virtual and designed by Kago Live, which can be attained by exchanged of official currency and can be used to exchange for specific value-added service in Kago Live. Please notice that once the value-added virtual currency has been exchanged, it's not reversible (including but not limited to be exchanged back to any kinds of official currency). Besides, the user can only purchase, exchange and get value-added currency through Kago Live and/or platforms specified by Kago Live. Kago Live would not be responsible for any loss if users purchase, exchange or get the value-added currency through platforms not recognized by Kago Live;

 

  1. 11.1.4 On condition that users have purchased the right to use virtual products or have accepted other value-added services as chargeable services, if it exceeds the expired time of the virtual products or the service timing of the value-added service (no matter whether users have actually used or enjoyed the service) or exceeds the number of service times, Kago Live is entitled to cancel the right to use the virtual products or suspend providing the value-added service;

 

  1. 11.1.5 Some value-added services may need to pay all at once. If users cancel it halfway, Kago Live will not refund;

 

  1. 11.1.6 Kago Live would not refund once users purchased, exchanged, or got value-added virtual currency according to his or her own will. If it's Kago Live's issue which leads to the transact failure, Kago Live would refund accordingly and claim back the virtual currency which has been used; or issue virtual currency of same value of the transaction completed;

 

  1. 11.2 Kago Live provides bellowed virtual products to users according to the above rules, including but not limited to: coins, any platform's property (such as coins, virtual gift or other property named and provides by Kago Live under regulations. All of these properties belong to Kago Live and user can only use them under Kago Live's rules. The user must not utilize any virtual property to conduct any illegal, unethical behavior, or any behavior leads to the conflict of this agreement, users'rules and/or violates Kago Live's profits.

 

  1. Teenagers under 18 or 18-year-old are not allowed to go live. Once found, the accounts and devices will be suspended； Once discovered, the platform will ban accounts and ban devices;
